The novel approach to the closed-form average bit error rate calculation for the Nakagami-m fading channel

The research presents a procedure of the closed-form average bit error rate evaluation for wireless communication systems in presence multipath fading. A generalization classical moment generating function is applied, and connection between Hankel-type contour-integral representation Marcum Q-function Gauss obtained applied to analytic derivation quadrature amplitude modulated signal Nakagami-m correctness solution was verified, its computational efficiency (in terms accuracy time gain), compared with prevailing approximation, demonstrated. proposed methodology can be extended wide variety composite channels.
